Leadership on Wellness and Clarity

“Yoga is not just a physical routine; it reminds us that peace begins within,” shared Ghanshyam Dholakia. “At HK, we believe that a calm mind leads to clear decisions. Therefore, we see wellness as essential to leadership, performance, and purpose.”

Wellness as a Daily Practice

For Hari Krishna Exports, yoga is not limited to one day. The company promotes holistic well-being through daily Anapana meditation sessions after lunch. During this time, employees pause, switch off devices, and observe their natural breath. This practice helps restore focus and inner clarity.
