Hari Krishna Exports Received Environmental Stewardship Award at JWA Hong Kong 2025

HK shared sustainability insights and received the award at Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong.

HONG KONG, September 2025 Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. (HK), a global leader in natural diamond manufacturing and sustainability innovation, proudly concluded a landmark participation at Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong 2025. During the event, the company received the Jewellery World Awards (JWA) 2025 in Environmental Stewardship for its contributions to Life Below Water and Life On Land. This recognition follows HK’s accolade at JWA 2024, where it received the Jury’s Special Recognition Award for Environmental Stewardship. As a result, HK’s leadership in sustainability and ecological restoration continues to gain global recognition.

The accolade highlights the Dholakia Foundation, HK’s philanthropic arm, for its pioneering work in ecological restoration. Through Mission River, the foundation has rejuvenated over 164 lakes and rivers and conserved more than 36 billion liters of water. As a result, irrigation has improved for farmers, and biodiversity has returned across drought-prone regions of Gujarat. In addition, Mission 102030 has led to the plantation of 3.6 million trees, creating micro-habitats, carbon sinks, and thriving green corridors.

The award also recognised the foundation’s restoration of freshwater ecosystems such as Bharatmata Sarovar, Kalwa River, and Saraswati River. Today, these sites support migratory species, including Painted Storks and Herons. Moreover, the projects have improved agricultural productivity, reduced migration from rural communities, and created new opportunities for over 250,000 farmers and villagers.
