Leadership Roundtable

Leadership Dialogue: Shaping the Future of Natural Diamonds

With the support of the Young Diamantaires Group, this initiative brought together leading voices from across the diamond industry to shape the future of natural diamonds.

At the heart of this initiative was an exclusive leadership roundtable, bringing together key stakeholders from the diamond sector to reflect on the future of natural diamonds. The discussion centred on reinforcing the core value proposition of diamonds—anchored in their rarity, long-term investment potential, and enduring consumer trust.

A key insight that emerged was the need to communicate the true rarity of natural diamonds in a more structured, data-driven manner. Industry leaders explored the concept of a standardised rarity framework, enabling consumers to better understand what makes each diamond inherently unique and valuable.

The conversation further highlighted the importance of building liquidity within the diamond market. Strategic ideas such as structured buyback mechanisms and the development of secondary market ecosystems were discussed, positioning natural diamonds not only as symbols of luxury but also as credible, long-term investment assets.

To carry this vision forward, a strong direction was established toward forming a dedicated leadership platform, “The Diamond Circle.” This initiative aims to foster continuous dialogue, encourage knowledge sharing, and drive collective industry growth through structured and ongoing engagement.
