Hari Krishna Exports Hosts 9th Kisna Diamond Marathon, Drawing Over 5,779 Enthusiasts in Support of Health and Swachh Bharat

Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. (HK), a global leader in the diamond industry, proudly hosted the 9th edition of the Kisna Diamond Marathon at Bharat Diamond Bourse, BKC, Mumbai. The event brought together over 5,779 health enthusiasts. As a result, it showcased HK’s commitment to fitness, community spirit, and the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.

 

An Energetic Start to the Day

 

The marathon began with an electrifying Zumba warm-up session, which created an energetic start. Families and participants from across Maharashtra joined the celebration. Many guests also came from the gem and jewellery industry. The event welcomed runners of all skill levels and featured three race categories: 21 km, 10 km, and 5 km. The marathon flagged off at 5:30 AM and delivered a fulfilling experience for everyone.

 

Distinguished Guests Grace the Occasion

 

Several respected dignitaries attended the event. These included Shri Rajeev Jalota, Chairman of Mumbai Port Authority, and Shri R.K. Dwivedy, Commissioner CGST-Nasik. In addition, leaders from the banking and gem and jewellery sectors were present. Their presence highlighted the importance of the marathon and the industry’s shared commitment to social well-being.

 

Supporting the Swachh Bharat Mission

 

The initiative aligned with Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s Swachh Bharat Mission. Therefore, the Hari Krishna Charitable Trust directed funds raised from entry fees toward cleanliness and hygiene initiatives across India. This step reflects HK’s dedication to building a cleaner and healthier nation. At the same time, it encourages individuals to care for both their fitness and the environment.
