Diamond Purchases:
When you pick out diamonds on our website and decide to buy them, it's like extending an offer to purchase. But remember, this offer is subject to the rules of our site, any special guidelines from the seller, and our terms and conditions (T&C). A stone selected by you is subject to availability. As the same stones are available in our physical sales section, it is possible that the stone you selected has been sold just minutes earlier. In such a rare event, we appreciate your understanding.
Right To Modify Terms:
The company reserves the right to change/alter/delete any of the clauses in T&C at its own discretion without any prior notice.

Ownership & Access

Pricing

Pricing Policy: Fair and Fixed Price Policy
Price Confirmation: The price of a stone is fixed once the sale is confirmed. However, prices may change before the order is confirmed.
Error Corrections: The company reserves the right to correct any errors, including pricing errors due to system issues, data entry mistakes, or inaccurate descriptions even if the order has been placed.
Extra services: required by the buyer will be charged separately.

Payment

Advance Payment Required: Payment for all confirmed orders must be made in advance. Stones will be dispatched only after payment confirmation.
Payment Deadline: Full payment must be received within five days of order confirmation. If payment is not received within this period, the order can be cancelled.
Currency: Transactions are accepted in US Dollars only.
Local Taxes: if any are to be borne by the purchaser.

Payment Confirmation: Shipping will commence once we receive confirmation of advance payment for your order.
Courier Services: Your stones will be delivered to your doorstep via reputable couriers such as Brinks, Malca Amit, BVC Express, PS, or FedEx on a Cost and Freight (C&F) basis. Shipping through FedEx or any other shipping company will require a prior approval from Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd.
Insurance: Door-to-door insurance will be provided by the courier service.
Shipment: Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to decline shipments to certain international destinations.

The charges listed above apply to shipments via Brinks and Malca Amit. These rates cover transportation from Mumbai, India, to the specified destination (airport only).

Shipping Charges: For invoices exceeding US$15,000, we cover shipping from our office to the nearest international airport. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs from the airport to their office. For shipments within and abroad India, any applicable local taxes will be charged extra.

Cancellation of Orders

Upon placing an order, our representative will contact you to reconfirm the order details.
Once the stones are shipped, the order is deemed to have been executed, and cancellation is no longer possible.
As mentioned above, the order will expire on the 5th business day following confirmation if advance payment is not received by then.

KYC Compliance

Customer Identification: All customers must provide valid identification documents to verify their identity before engaging in any transactions with us.
Address Verification: Customers are required to submit proof of address documents to verify their residential/commercial address.
Business Verification: For corporate clients, we require the submission of business registration documents, tax identification numbers, and other relevant business credentials.
Data Privacy: All personal and business information provided by customers is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is only used for KYC compliance and regulatory purposes.
Non-Compliance: Failure to provide the required KYC documents and information may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Updates to KYC Policy: We may update our KYC policy from time to time to reflect changes in regulatory requirements or business practices. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
